Frost on the last morning

On 4 Jan 2014 a landslip blocked the Dart Valley resulting in a lake 3 km long and over 20m deep.

The track was closed for 3 years. 2.7km of track was re-routed through difficult terrain above the lake.

The lake eventually drained leaving lots of silt and dead trees.
