Roaring Stag Lodge 15-16 December
A weekend trip, camping near Roaring Stag Lodge. Saturday - Along the track to Roaring Stag Lodge to the Herepai junction. Headed towards Herepai to spot height 770 and bash bashed down to Ruapae Stream. Down Ruapae Stream to a suitable campsite alongside the stream, just up from Roaring Stag Lodge. We ere joined by the other members who had done Chamberlain Creek. Sunday - A side trip to hidden lake and then down to the lodge and out along the track back to the cars.
