Leader: Dave Cox

Sandra joined six of us for the essential coffee at Relish Café before we drove to the Tui Crescent track start.

It was a very pleasant uphill climb through some lovely kohekohe forest until we reached the top fence for our first break and views to the south-east.

After walking along the fence line we had the first half of lunch at the lookout and then the second half sitting under some neat tawa trees.

A steep downhill and quick road walk took us back to the start. A nice day all round.
