We all met up at Maymorn Station on a gorgeous, cold blue-sky winter's morning. We were feeling so lucky after a really cold week.

We headed up through Tunnel Gully to the start of the incline, then up steadily to the top. We regrouped regularly, then put on our head torches to go through the main tunnel and down, down, down to Cross Creek.

We stopped in beautiful sunshine for lunch at Cross Creek.

After lunch we headed back up the same way but we added an extra 10 km loop at the end by going under State Highway 2 at the underpass before Tunnel Gully, and biking the Pylon Loop Track which comes out at Te Marua. From here we headed back to Maymorn Station.

A great day's riding. We had a mix of e-bikes and muscle bikes.
